Lubricants are to be used in all installations to assure the proper sealing performance. Two types of lubricants are available, the tallow and the assembly gel. Tallow is generally used in the regular frames and is solid. It is the lubricant used in the high pressure approved systems. Assembly gel is more fluid and can be smeared onto the sealing modules with the built in pad, saving valuable installation time.
